Processing times may vary depending on the product and the artist. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that orders outside EU and Turkey may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Each piece comes with specific care instructions, please scan the barcode for extra care instructions found on the certificate of authenticity card that comes with the purchased item. 

Currently, we do not offer customization options for our existing collections. However, if you are interested in commissioning a specific artist, please contact us, and we will do our best to get you in contact with the artist and accommodate your request.
